We’ve upgraded our short-term storage and caching layers, resulting in noticeably faster login times and smoother session handling across the platform. These enhancements also strengthen our security by enabling server-side throttling to limit malicious or excessive interactions.

23rd Sept - Forgot Password & Account Security

• Forgot Password: Users can now request a secure password reset link directly from the login screen.

• Login Lockout: Accounts will be temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. A permanent deactivation will occur after 10 consecutive failures, ensuring stronger protection against brute-force attacks.
