How to Cancel a Job

This article is for enterprise fleet customers. For technicians, please check out this article:

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel a Call Out. If you need to cancel a job, here’s everything you need to know.

When Can I Cancel?

You can cancel a job only if it hasn’t started yet. This means:

  • The technician has not arrived or begun working on the vehicle.
  • It is not the day of the scheduled visit.

If the job is already in progress or it’s a regular servicing appointment, cancellation is not available.

What Jobs Can Be Cancelled?

You can cancel:

  • Call Outs (e.g. urgent or ad-hoc visits)

You cannot cancel:

  • Regular servicing
  • Jobs booked by Zenion
  • Jobs already started by a technician

Why Do I Need to Give a Reason?

Every cancellation must include a reason. This helps us improve our service and ensures transparency for all parties.

⚠️ Your cancellation reason may be visible to Zenion as well as your fellow team members, so please keep it clear and professional.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • The vehicle will be marked as Operational again.
  • The technician will no longer attend the job.
  • The job will be removed from your active job list.
