Requesting a Call Out for a Damaged Vehicle

If one of your vehicles has developed a fault, you can request a technician call-out directly from your fleet dashboard. Follow the steps below to report the issue quickly and accurately.

🔍 Step 1: Choose How You’d Like to Start

You have two ways to begin your request:

  • Recommended: Go to the Fleet Hub page and use the search or filters to locate your vehicle. Click the Request a Call Out button directly in its row. ➤ Why this option? It auto-fills key vehicle details and ensures quicker processing.
  • Manual Start: Navigate to Request a Call Out from the menu to begin from scratch.

🧠 Before You Begin: Check Common Problems

Before submitting a request, take a quick look at our Common Problems checklist. Many minor issues can be resolved without a technician attending, which can save you time and reduce call-out fees.

📝 Step 2: Fill in the Request Form

Here’s what to include:

  • Location This is usually auto-filled based on your account information.
  • Vehicle Selection If not already selected, choose the affected vehicle. ⚠️ Note: You cannot submit more than one active call-out for the same vehicle. The system will prevent duplicates.
  • Issue Description Be specific—include error codes, symptoms, and recent observations. The more detail, the faster we can diagnose remotely.
  • Photo Upload Upload at least one clear image of the issue. 📸 Photos are vital for pre-diagnosing and can help us avoid unnecessary visits.

📤 Final Step: Submit Your Request

When everything looks good, click Submit Call Out Request. Your request will be reviewed promptly by our team.
